Shipping Policy

We deliver anywhere in Canada. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice depending on the type of goods and the region of delivery.

In some cases local independent transport may also be used.

Goods cannot be shipped to a PO Box please provide a physical address.


Express delivery
Contact us if you want express guaranteed delivery. Note however that most goods are heavy or bulky and the costs for such deliveries are considerable.
We can always provide you with a quote for your request.

Delivery cost
Shipping costs are calculated on an average and subject to change. Delivery charges on your invoice are not a guarantee.
However, we will contact you for any changes and you will have the option of canceling your order if additional delivery costs are imposed.

Exception cases
In rare cases, we may not be able to find a carrier for your area.
If this is the case we will contact you and try to find an alternative solution with you.

PS. You can always use your own carrier. Contact us if this is the case.

Tracking number

Whenever possible we will provide you with the tracking number upon delivery. You can contact us at any time for delivery information.
