Yes, you can update any billing or shipping information by login to your account, in the account section you'll have access to update your profile information, 1-click to order, modify orders and cancel.

If you're having trouble accessing, you may have to retrieve the account opening email we sent you the first time you completed an order with us. In any case, you can't retrieve it, you can also call our customer service department at 1-800-397-2795.

Yes, SportDirect.ca (3W Giant Mart) does not sell, rent, or give away your personal information to third parties. We do send emails newsletters and promotions to our customers who interacted with us in the past. Our commitment is to only send relevant communications with less than 2 emails a month. You've been added when you purchased, left your email for a question or signed up for our newsletter.

Orders can be picked up at the warehouse 24-48h after you paid your order. We will advise you by email where you can pickup the products you've ordered. Some products are not available for pickup and/or may take more time to produce. In any case it's longer, we advise customers in the product description so expectations are clear in terms of delivery time.

Once your order has been sent for customization, shipped from manufacture or delivered, it will not be possible at that time to modify your order.

Yes, SportDirect.ca (3W Giant Mart) welcomes School, municipality, district, registered non-profit organization and other government agency to send their Purchase Orders through e-mail, phone or fax. We must receive the hardcopy of your PO by fax or email before your order can be processed.

How to submit and purchase order online?

You may also place your PO order online using our regular online order process.

Please complete all of the required fields and type your PO number in the "Special Instructions" section at the end of the order payment section.

Yes, if you need to cancel an order you have already placed, you can login to your account and go to the order history, on the right you should be in measure to cancel and/or modify from there.

You can also cancel an order by calling our customers support service line at 1-800-397-2795.
While we will make every effort to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please understand that this is not always possible.

All standard item will be cancelled at no charge if not ship yet.

It can not be cancelled once the order has been placed.

If the product ordered is backorder or not able to arrive to you within 7-10 open days, a reasonnable leadtime.
You will be notified by phone or by email when is the estimated ship date.

You will be able to let us know either to keep your order active or to cancel the backorder for standard products.

For custom products, it's not possible as it's specifically made for you.

Yes, we ship anywhere in Canada, 10 provinces and 3 territories.

Many items ship within 1-3 business days, item such as gym mats and padding usually ship within 7-10 business days and finally some manufacturing upon order item will be ship within 10-15 business days unless otherwise specified when placing the order.

Our delivery rates are set according to the product weight and compared against 52 shipping companies for the lowest rates possible. We keep delivery rates low for our customers satisfaction. You can see your shipping cost prior from checking out. It's automatically calculated.
