- Make sure to stretch more than not enough before lifting weights

- Fun and NOT easy gymnastic back wheel. Watch your back, invite your kids to do the same.

- Start weightlifting sequences. Create 3 different sequences of 15-20x lifting weights. Don't start with the heavy ones. Gradually increase is better

- Kettlebells can be really fun to work with and changes from dumbbells. It can be very heavy and fun! We tried this for squats and it really works well. Use the proper weight for your level.

- For those without kettlebells and weights, you can be creative using cans or even... your dog!! Funny.. Thanks for sharing

- While you work, you can use an inflated exercise fitness ball, it forces you to sit straight. Try to hold a plank for a couple of minutes
|
- Almost over, to complete your training it's beautiful outside. Add some biking or running to train your cardio, it's not so cold. Want a tougher challenge? Add weights to your running back pack, go progressively.
