What to do for exercises when you are locked up at home?

Like most people, we imagine you're at home going around in circles, telecommuting, entertaining the children as much as possible, checking placements and of course listening to the coronavirus news at all times.

Suggestions of exercises by our customers to help you pass the wait at home...

  1. Start your free weights. Do not take the heavier ones at first.

  1. Very good exercise with the kettlebells. Watch your back again. Take the right weights.
  1. For those who really don't want weight... it's not suggested, especially for the cat!

  1. Do plank exercises and raise your legs to the sky on an exercise mat
  1. Finally, go for a run or ride a bike outside for your cardio... it's not that cold.
