This high-quality pole fitness mat is of Quebec design and conception, it is perfect for your pole fitness training at home, in the studio or at the sports center. The mat is foldable in 2 places and folds up for easy transport and storage. Two thicknesses available depending on overhead space and your level of expertise with the pole. If you are a beginner, we strongly recommend the 5" vs. the 2" thickness.
