3W Giant Mart is the flagship of our company, which includes SportDirect.ca, GiantMart.com, AllinAllSports.com, and other e-commerce sites. It was created for businesses and individuals looking for an easy and convenient way to buy and order sports and recreation equipment.

3W Giant Mart regularly adds new products to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Everything is available for delivery directly to your door. We will assist you with your research, answer your questions, and help your business, city, or community get the right products.

We are open 24/7 for online purchases, quotes, services, and online account management.

Yes, you can update all billing or shipping information by logging into your account. In the "My Account" section, you will have access to update your profile information, place an order with one click, modify orders, and cancel them.

If you have difficulty accessing your account, you may need to retrieve the account setup email we sent you the first time you placed an order with us. In any case, if you cannot retrieve it, you can also call our customer service at 1-800-397-2795.

Yes, Sportdirect.ca (3W Giant Mart) does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties. We send email newsletters and promotions to customers who have interacted with us in the past. Our commitment is to send you only relevant communications, with fewer than two emails per month. You were added when you made a purchase, left your email address for a question, or signed up for our newsletter.

To unsubscribe from our email list, find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing email, and you will no longer receive emails from us.

Yes!

You can add more items at any time by placing a new order online or calling us with your invoice number.

You can change quantities by logging into your account. Go to the Order History section at the end of each order to change quantities.

Once your order has been sent for customization, shipped by the manufacturer, or delivered, it will not be possible to change your order at that time.

Orders can be picked up at the warehouse 24 to 48 hours after you have paid for your order. We will inform you by email where you can collect the products you have ordered. Some products are not available for pickup and/or may take longer to produce. In all cases where it takes longer, we inform customers in the product description so that expectations are clear in terms of delivery time.

Yes, SportDirect.ca (3W Giant Mart) welcomes schools, municipalities, districts, registered non-profit organizations, and other government agencies to submit their order forms by email, phone, or fax. We must receive a hard copy of your purchase order by fax or email before your order can be processed.

Please make sure your name and a full daytime phone number are included on the fax, along with an active email address that we can use to confirm receipt of your order.

How do I submit a purchase order online?

You can also place your purchase order online using our regular online ordering process.

Please fill out all required fields and type your purchase order number in the "Special Instructions" section at the end of the payment section of the order.

Yes, if you need to cancel an order you've already placed, you can log in to your account and access your order history. On the right, you should be able to cancel and/or edit from there.

You can also cancel an order by calling our customer support line at 1-800-397-2795.
While we make every effort to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please understand that this is not always possible.

All standard items will be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.

For custom-made products,

They cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

If the product you ordered is out of stock or cannot be delivered to you within 14 business days, you will be informed by phone or email of the estimated shipping date.

You will have the option to inform us whether you wish to keep your order active or cancel the advance order for standard products.

For personalized products, this is not possible as they are specially made for you.

Yes. We sell to private companies, public and private organizations, non-profit organizations, and individuals.

Use our online submission portal. Easily attach any purchasing lists, plans and specifications, or installation requirements as needed, or send your product list, quantities, and contact information to info@sportdirect.ca.

Yes, upon request. We can source specific references or equivalent alternatives according to your needs.

Many items are customizable. Indicate your requirements (logo, colors, dimensions, quantities) and we will confirm feasibility, lead time, and costs.

To obtain customizable items, please request a quote.

Yes. The minimum warranty offered by Sportdirect.ca is 30 days.

For our house brands, the warranty can be up to 1 year depending on the case.

In addition, the warranty is combined with the manufacturer's warranty depending on the manufacturer and use.

Keep your proof of purchase and contact us for any claims.

We strive to offer as many products as possible from Canadian and Quebec manufacturers.

Indicate “Canadian preference” when requesting and we will suggest local options when available for your quote.

Your order will be back in stock and will be delivered as soon as it is available. We will offer an estimated restocking date or an equivalent alternative if the item cannot be delivered within an acceptable timeframe.

If you require an item by a specific date, please indicate your constraints when purchasing online and we will do our best to meet this target.

Possible on some items; when this is the case, you will find the information directly on the product page and order online. We generally provide the estimated waiting time before delivery.

If your product is broken and/or a part is missing, please contact us for parts availability. We will attempt to find the parts required to extend the life of your product.

Required: Your product must have been purchased from us.

Payment and Billing

Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm Financing, and, upon approval, purchase orders (POs) for public/parapublic organizations.

Interac e-Transfers and bank transfers are also available; please contact us if this is the case.

Yes, simply place your order using your organization's email address and add the PO number in the "Order Notes" section.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and only when the billing address is provided.

Yes. A detailed invoice is sent by email once the order is processed. In this email, you will have a link to download your official, printable invoice in PDF format.

Delivery and pickups

They vary depending on the product (stock, made to order, personalized) and the destination. We confirm the estimate during the quote or after ordering.

  • Standard products in inventory 3-7 business days
  • Large products in inventory 5-10 business days
  • Products directly from the manufacturer 7-14 business days

Yes. We deliver sports equipment nationwide.

Yes. We are able to ship to other countries around the world. We will contact you after your order to confirm customs and delivery charges.

You will have the option to accept the charges or not. If you decline, we will refund you immediately.

Yes. Please provide on-site contact information, opening hours, and access instructions when ordering.

You will receive an email with the tracking number and information about the carrier and shipping type.

In addition, with an account, you can view your orders, delivery status, and tracking numbers.

Shipping costs are displayed in the cart/checkout after adding your shipping address. If your costs are unusually high, please contact us and we will verify them.

Heavy/bulky items may require analysis by our team. You will be charged a preliminary price, and our team will contact you to provide a separate final shipping price. You will have the option to accept or decline the price. If you decline, a refund will be issued immediately.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted subject to the displayed conditions and the condition of the items. Obtain an authorization number before returning any item. Review our policy before returning your item.
