Gym Flooring Trolley
Our gym floor cart is made of 1.5 inch x .110 thick square bar steel with 2 x 3/16 inch x 1 inch downtube. The total structure is 34 inches wide by 135.5 inches long and 64 inches high.
The wheels are 5 inches in diameter and have a closed roll mechanism, 2 of the 4 wheels have a cox and their urethane coating does not mark the floors. The roller receiving blocks are 1 inch in diameter and 5.5 inches long with their mechanism closed. They come with 2 sets of screws per block to secure the rollers and a lock pin.
The rollers are made of aluminum, 2.75 inches in diameter x .125 thick and 137 inches long. An aluminum alloy of #6005-T55, the best in the industry, TIG welded for safe rolls without chips.
1.75 inch nuts secure the handle to the manual and optional electric mechanism.
Two coats of 60% gloss Chateau ferro plastic paint. All hardware is zinc plated.
Each part of the cart is encased in protective foam and covered with 20oz vinyl. The hardware in a separate box. The aluminum rolls are carefully wrapped in vinyl and the whole thing is put on a wooden pallet.
As an option you can add an electric deployment system and a floor covering cleaning brush. The brush is made of nylon and mounted on an aluminum upright and all on a steel frame.
