1. Delivery Times

Shipping Times and Normal Delivery Times

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Our standard lead time is 7 to 10 days.
  • Some in-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Custom or made-to-order products (such as drop mattresses and other mattresses besides folding and nap mattresses) are usually delivered in 3-4 weeks, but longer delays may occur occasionally.

Delivery Time Notice

During the holidays and summer break, delivery times may be slightly longer as production is suspended. As soon as possible, we will add any additional delays and stock shortages to the product description. The stated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided to the best of our knowledge. Delays in updating the product information may occur occasionally.

We will contact you to inform you of any delays that are longer than usual or not indicated.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will send you a confirmation and instructions by email.
  • Cancellations are not possible if the product has been shipped or is in transit and we were unable to stop the shipment. Please allow 2 business days for processing.

However, if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your cancellation request, please contact us by phone at 1-800-397-2795 to speak with a representative. You can leave a message if necessary or email us at info@sportdirect.ca.

3. Refund Procedure and Applicable Fees

If your order has already been shipped or received, you can still request a refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed: you can always return the merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

Standard Return Procedure

  • Contact us for written return authorization.
  • Merchandise must be returned prepaid.
  • Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected.
  • A refund will be issued less the original shipping charges.

Handling Fees

For all returns, standard items must be undamaged upon return delivery, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns may be subject to a handling fee of up to 15%.

4. Non-Refundable Items (Custom-Made)

Items custom-made for you (size, color, material, and not limited to this list) or made to order (fall mats, nets, wall panels, custom bleachers, vinyl flooring, and other similar) are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun.

They remain 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing defects, but cannot be refunded.

5. Procedure for Damaged or Defective Items

All damaged items or items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt.


It is important to check your products upon delivery with the delivery driver. Any signs of damage that may have occurred during transport must be reported to the delivery driver and noted on the bill of lading.


6. Goods Receiving Procedure

It is important to follow these procedures when receiving goods, especially for gym mats, room dividers, windbreaks, and all types of cushions.

Receiving Steps

  1. Unloading: You must take the goods from the truck to your building. Delivery drivers are only responsible for delivery as far as the end of their truck. Some particularly heavy goods may require the use of a forklift.
  2. Inspection: Inspect the goods as thoroughly as possible to ensure that no damage has occurred during transport. Minor scratches are normal, but any major scratches or tears must be reported to the driver and noted on the bill of lading. Feel free to remove the packaging if you have any doubts whatsoever.
  3. Liability: The shipping company and SportDirect.ca are no longer liable after you have signed the delivery slip.

We will do everything in our power to claim any unreported damages and will make the necessary repairs where applicable.
