The black COREFX weightlifting bar offers good sturdiness for a beginner's bar. It can support up to 700 lbs. This version is designed for slower movements with lighter weights and provides a good grip. The chrome version is a standard Olympic bar that can support up to 1500 lbs. The black and red bar is the strongest of all, withstanding pressures of 190,000 PSI and also supporting 1500 lbs, making it ready for anything. This bar is coated with a layer of Cerakote, which prevents erosion and improves the bar's grip.
